At Trendva.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to have the best shopping experience with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a simple and customer-friendly 7 Days Return Policy.
Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Products that are damaged, used, washed, altered, or returned without original tags will not be accepted.
To start a return request, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID, product details, and reason for return. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
For size-related issues, customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
If you receive a wrong product, damaged item, or manufacturing defect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend sharing product images and an unboxing video for faster assistance.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and successfully inspected. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during checkout. For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank account or UPI details provided by the customer.
Return shipping charges will be covered by Trendva.in if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For size changes or personal preferences, return shipping charges may apply.
Order cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
We do not accept returns after the 7-day return period or for products that do not meet our return conditions.
